| Chile Trapped miners rescue operation

Miners found alive and safe Thirty three miners trapped underground for 17 days in a mine in Northern Chile were contacted by rescue team on Sunday evening all miners are safe in underground shelter, drills were used to drill small bore holes from surface in an effort to locate missing men. It was finally decided to use a Mincon manufactured MX5053 RC Hammer, in the rescue operation due to its faster drilling rate and the need to be extremely accurate as deviation of the hole would miss the targeted area for the search. Congratulations to all involved in this rescue that has captured the hearts of the Chilean people |

Mincon "Wolverine" 205 Jumbo

Mincon Mining Equipment is pleased to launch our new Mincon "Wolverine" Class Jumbo. This Jumbo is fitted with the new Mincon Wolverine 4000 Control Panel and our new Wolverine Class hydraulic system which allows the operation of any manufacturers Hydraulic Drills to be fitted and run at the OEM pressure settings due to the Mincon upgraded powerpacks which can be set to various operating pressures at the turn of a selector switch. The New Wolverine 4000 Control Panel eliminates the complicated hosing within the panel area and greatly reduces the amount of hydraulic hoses on the carrier. Mincon also offers the Wolverine 4000 system as a replacement for all existing Jumbo Control Panels   |
